Meet Hannah

Hannah Cooper (she/her), LCMHCA | Therapist

We’re a good fit if…

You are looking for a safe space to develop a stronger sense of yourself in order to live a more meaningful and regulated life.

My ideal client is…

Someone who is willing to work collaboratively to meet their goals. The therapeutic process can be difficult at times, and its success depends on an individual’s willingness to be vulnerable and honest. I have experience working with individuals struggling with body image, binge eating disorder, anxiety, depression, stressors due to life transitions, and relationship issues. In addition, I am interested in working with adolescents and young adult population as they discover and embrace their true self.

I create safety and build rapport by…

Providing a safe place for clients to be authentically themselves. I believe in the power of human connection and that everyone deserves to feel valued, supported, and heard. Leading a more regulated life begins with developing a sense of safety and I strive to work on that feeling with clients in our sessions.

Three things I love:

My dog Tucker, trying new foods /restaurants, and spending time at the beach.
