Meet Kristen

KRISTEN PISCITELLI (she/her) | Social Work Intern

We’re a good fit if... you experience anxiety, depression, disordered eating, grief or loss, difficult family relationships or parental concerns, or are looking to better your overall mental well-being. I am passionate about working with individuals, couples, families, and adolescents. My goal is to help you navigate life's challenges and empower you to lead a happier, healthier, and more fulfilling life.

My ideal client is... someone who wants to collaborate in order to empower themselves to achieve their goals while leveraging their strengths for change and finding healthy ways of coping with the difficulties and situations that life may bring. Whether it is anxiety, depression, grief, parental concerns, or difficult family relationships, I am confident that we can foster greater knowledge and resilience in order to effect long-term, healthy change.

I create safety and build rapport by... approaching clients through a culturally informed perspective and working from a strengths-based lens meeting clients where they are to help empower each individual. My focus is with sincere inquiry and warmth to create a safe and open environment in which clients can heal and flourish. I strive to be a source of motivation and commitment for clients throughout their therapeutic journey.

Three things I love: Traveling the globe, Chai tea, and helping others to find inner strength and peace within their daily lives.
