Meet Rachel

Rachel Phillips Tenny (she/her), LPC, LCMHC | Clinical Supervisor

We’re a good fit if... you find yourself struggling with your relationship with food or body image, have a history of trauma, and want to integrate a full body/somatic approach.

My ideal client is...Someone who is motivated to heal and live a life that feels meaningful to them. While most of my clients struggle with disordered eating and eating disorders, I enjoy working with prenatal and postpartum concerns, as well as anxiety, depression, and life stressors.

I create safety and build rapport by...showing up as a human being first and foremost. Going to therapy can be really intimidating and overwhelming, so I work with clients to create an environment that feels safe and collaborative. I believe you are the expert on yourself and I am here to serve as a guide to help you connect with yourself in a deeper and more fulfilling way.

Three things I love: Painting/creating art, traveling and trying new restaurants, and spending time with my wild toddler!
