Autumn Turner (she/her) | Practice Manager

I help clients by... using my own experiences to make the intake process as comfortable, supportive, and seamless as possible. I understand that insurance billing can feel confusing or overwhelming, which is why I strive to be transparent, responsive, and proactive in helping clients navigate the process. In the ever-changing world of insurance, my goal is to provide clear guidance and support every step of the way. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with questions - helping you understand the process is exactly what I’m here for.

I create safety and build rapport by… offering a warm, compassionate presence that helps ease the uncertainty that can come with starting therapy or transitioning to a new therapist. I recognize that reaching out for support is a vulnerable step, and I approach every interaction with empathy, understanding, and respect. My goal is to create a welcoming and supportive space for you from the very beginning, so you feel heard, valued, and comfortable as you begin your journey.

A few things I love… traveling - whether exploring a new country or discovering a hidden gem closer to home; trying new foods and restaurants; and cheering on my favorite teams whether watching or attending games. Most of all, I cherish spending time with my family: my husband of over 24 years, Franklin; our adult children, Azavier and Josiah; our beloved fur baby, Buster; and the most adorable granddaughter ever, Akoa, who melts our heart with her smiles.
