I help clients by... using my experiences to make the intake process as comfortable and seamless as possible. I also recognize that not everyone is familiar with insurance billing and I do my best to be transparent and forthcoming - even in the everchanging world of insurance. Please don’t hesitate to ask for help or guidance - that’s what I’m here for!

I create safety and build rapport by… always being a warm, understanding ear to help calm fears or worries associated with beginning therapy or switching therapists. I recognize that you are reaching out to ask for the help you need, which is not always easy. I keep in mind those struggles and/or hurdles when helping you navigate so please know I’m a safe space for you as well.

Three (or so) things I love… traveling, trying new foods/restaurants, watching sports/attending games and spending time with my family, which includes my husband of 20+ years, Frank; our adult children, Azavier and Josiah; and our fur baby, Buster.
