I help clients by... using my experiences to make the intake process as comfortable and seamless as possible. I understand that insurance billing can feel confusing or overwhelming, so I strive to be transparent and forthcoming - especially in the ever-changing world of insurance. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with questions or for guidance - that’s exactly what I’m here for!
I create safety and build rapport by… offering a warm, understanding presense to help ease fears or worries about starting therapy or transitioning to a new therapist. I know that reaching out for support isn’t always easy, and I hold that in mind as I help you navigate the process. My goal is to be a safe, supportive space for you from the very beginning.
Three (or so) things I love… traveling, trying new foods and restaurants, watching sports or attending games, and spending time with my family - my husband of over 20 years, Frank; our adult children, Azavier and Josiah; and our beloved fur baby, Buster.
