Meet Morgan

Morgan Duncan (she/her), MA, LCMHCA | Therapist

We’re a good fit if... you’re searching for a safe and supportive environment to explore your anxieties, insecurities, obstacles, or trauma. Life can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. I’m here to help you feel more in control, build confidence, and manage challenges—big or small.

My ideal client is... someone who feels overwhelmed by struggles with body image, self-esteem, or their relationship with food. I specialize in working with teens and young adults who are navigating eating disorders, disordered eating, and the pressure to perform in a world that often makes us feel like we’re not enough. Alongside these challenges, I also work with anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, neurodiversity, and relationship concerns—whether that’s with family, friends, or partners. My goal is to help you manage these difficulties, understand yourself more deeply, and begin to build a healthier, more compassionate relationship with yourself and those around you.

I create safety and build rapport by... approaching treatment with compassion, honesty, and authenticity. I tailor therapy to fit your unique needs and always prioritize your comfort and goals. Therapy can be a place that feels intimidating; I will work with you to make this experience comfortable, always letting you lead the way. In our work together, you’ll find a space where you can show up as you are, without judgment. It’s a privilege to work with you and I’m honored to be part of your journey toward healing, growth, and connection.

Three things I love: crafting (especially sewing and knitting), spending time with my loved ones, and being out in the sun!
