Meet Morgan

Morgan Duncan (she/her), MA, LCMHCA | Therapist

We’re a good fit if... you’re the kind of person who thinks a lot about what you’re going through. Maybe you can deeply analyze, reflect, and recognize your patterns and triggers, but you’re still left feeling stuck. You’re open to exploring something deeper than traditional talk therapy and turn insight into actual changes.

My ideal client is... teens and young adults who are thoughtful, self-aware, and often feel like they can solve their problems through intellectualizing. You might feel like something is wrong with you for having these struggles and “still not getting over them” after all this time. I work with clients navigating eating disorders and disordered eating, low self-esteem, body image, trauma, relationship challenges, attachment wounds, neurodivergence, and perfectionists who feel pressure to keep it all together.

I create safety and build rapport by... being real, warm, and compassionate. My approach blends a few different theories, such as relational therapy, attachment theory, somatic work, and Internal Family Systems. Sessions are dynamic and creative, focusing on the pace that works for you. The therapeutic relationship is the center of my work as a catalyst to change and healing, so your happiness and comfortability is of the utmost importance to me.

Three things I love: crafting (especially sewing and knitting), spending time with my loved ones, and being out in the sun!
