Meet Natalie

Natalie Blazejewski (she/her), MA, LCMHCA | Therapist

We’re a good fit if… you're feeling overwhelmed by constant pressure to hold it all together—especially in a world that doesn't always feel built for the way your mind works. You might be successful on the outside but internally wrestling with self-doubt, emotional exhaustion, or uncertainty about your identity and direction. If you often feel exhausted by the expectations placed on you (by others or yourself) and crave the freedom to be authentically you, you’re in the right place.

My ideal client is… tired of feeling like they have to fit into someone else’s mold, struggling with low self-esteem, anxiety, or feeling like they’re "too much" or "not enough." You're not looking for a quick fix—you’re ready for real, meaningful change and a space where you don’t have to explain or apologize for how your brain works. I use a variety of approaches, from structured DBT to body focused Somatic techniques, and specialize in life transitions and grief, trauma processing, identity exploration, and building self-esteem. I especially love working with LGBTQIA+ and Neurodivergent clients.

I create safety and build rapport by… showing up authentically, with curiosity and compassion. I understand how hard it can be to let your guard down, which is why I work to create a space where you can be fully yourself—no judgment, no pressure. Together, we’ll explore new coping strategies, shift unhelpful mindsets, and uncover the roots of what’s holding you back. My goal is to help you build confidence from within and support you in creating a life that feels more grounded, empowered, and aligned with who you truly are.

Three things I love… music - whether it’s discovering new artists or playing the drums in my free time. My many hobbies - especially reading, crafting, and baking. And traveling - I am always up for an adventure!
