Meet Delanie

Delanie Dunn (she/her), LCSWA | Therapist

We’re a good fit if... you find yourself stuck in survival mode. Maybe you’ve learned how to keep going, even when you’re running on empty. From the outside, you may seem self-aware, capable, and like you’re doing just fine, while underneath, something feels disconnected. You might be navigating chronic illness, disordered eating, neurodivergence, burnout, or questions about identity and self-worth. I offer a space to slow down, get curious about your experiences, and make sense of the ways you’ve learned to adapt.

My ideal client is... someone who is ready to better understand themselves, their patterns, and their protective strategies. My clients are often highly self-aware, good at understanding things intellectually, but disconnected from themselves emotionally. Together, we will work toward reconnecting with your identity, needs, and values, building a life that feels grounded, meaningful, and fully lived in, not one that’s only about surviving.

I create safety and build rapport by... showing up authentically, and without judgment.Helping clients understand their emotional and nervous system responses; I integrate somatic techniques with DBT, ACT, IFS, & CBT informed approaches. I believe healing happens in relationships where autonomy is honored and practice from a person-centered, neurodiversity-affirming, & strengths-based lens, recognizing how larger systems impact daily routines.

Three things I love: spending time with my partner and our pup, Buoy; all things coffee, and the small everyday moments that help me slow down and feel grounded.
