Meet Kennedy

Kennedy Guidry (she/her), LMFT | Therapist

We’re a good fit if... you’re an individual navigating relational or sexual concerns, or working through experiences from the past or present that continue to impact you today. You may also be a couple feeling disconnected, stuck in the same patterns, or struggling to talk about intimacy and sex.

My ideal client is... someone who is ready to slow down, get curious about themselves, and explore what’s underneath the struggles they’re experiencing. You may be navigating relational or sexual concerns, healing from difficult experiences, or trying to understand patterns that keep showing up in your life. Most importantly, you’re willing to be open, honest, and collaborative as we work together toward meaningful change.

I create safety and build rapport by... showing up as myself and inviting you to do the same. Therapy doesn’t have to feel stiff or overly serious all the time - we can talk about the hard stuff, have a laugh when we need one, and be honest when something feels uncomfortable.

I know it can feel vulnerable to talk about your relationship, sex life, or experiences that you may not have shared with anyone before. My goal is to make those conversations feel a little less intimidating and a lot more human. We’ll take it at your pace, but when you’re ready to dive in, I’m right there with you.

Three things I love: bike rides; hanging out with my cat, Kelvin; and reading strange nonfiction books that send me down completely unexpected rabbit holes.
