Meet Molly

Molly Griffin (she/her) | Counseling Intern

We’re a good fit if... you are someone who feels overwhelmed, anxious, stuck in self-doubt, or unsure of how to cope with the pressures around you. Maybe you're constantly comparing yourself to others, feeling disconnected from your body, or struggling to manage your emotions or attention. If you're looking for a safe, supportive space to talk about the hard stuff, I’m here to help you feel seen and supported.

My ideal client is... someone who is open to working as a team in the therapy process. This might be anyone navigating the challenges of anxiety, depression, body image concerns, low self-esteem, disordered eating, or ADHD. You don’t need to have everything figured out; just a willingness to show up and begin the journey.

I create safety and build rapport by... being my genuine self and following your lead. I believe in creating a space where you feel comfortable to be exactly who you are—no matter what that looks like.

Three things I love: my cat Ginny; slow weekend mornings with coffee and an outdoor walk or yoga; and being an aunt to the most amazing little human.
